Job Responsibilities:
- Implement patient care plans, utilizing sound judgment and critical thinking skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation that aligns with the care plan and nursing processes
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible
Job Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Texas RN License
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with your name listed
- TB skin test (within 1 year of hire) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years of hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or a facility setting
