🩺 What You’ll Do as a BrightStar OT:
- Partner with physicians to design personalized care plans
- Assess homes for safety and fall risk
- Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment
- Provide hands-on interventions to boost independence
- Educate families and caregivers for lasting impact
- Keep accurate evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports
- Communicate condition updates with DON and physicians
âś… What You Bring:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program
- Completed required fieldwork
- Licensed OT in Texas
- 2+ years of OT experience preferred
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Dedication to confidentiality, ethics, and exceptional care
