Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a leadership opportunity to elevate your career? We’re looking for full-time nurses with 4-5 years of nursing experience, including 2-3 years in acute care and at least one year in home health. Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home patient care, performing 6-8 visits per day, in alignment with the highest nursing standards.
Work closely with the Director of Nursing to optimize patient care plans and oversee day-to-day operations.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage patient visits and documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and self-care.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- 4-5 years of nursing experience, with 2-3 years in acute care.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health RN.
- Skilled in performing PICC line dressing changes and lab draws.
- Must have wound care experience.
- Must be proficient in time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage 6-8 patient visits per day in the client's home.
- Must be comfortable working closely with the Director of Nursing.
Preferred:
- Experience with Wound Vac and LVAD care.
